If you were to count your blessings, you wouldn’t be able to. Our Bountiful Lord is always giving and providing yet do we spend the time to thank Him? In another verse of the Quran, Allah Most High says, “If you were to count the favors of Allah, you would never number them…” Yet His generosity only increases when we are grateful to Him, as is promised by the very words of this decal: If you are grateful, I will surely increase you. You are only gaining when you’re thanking the Lord that bestowed upon you all of your blessings in the first place, the best of which is having been chosen to be from the blessed ummah of Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. Make this fine piece of calligraphy a reminder for a tremendous and weighty matter of having gratitude by placing it in your dining room, living area, or office.
Wording: لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ.
Translation: If you are grateful, I shall certainly increase you.
