Returns & Exchanges

Returns

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Irada Art, you can return your order for a refund. Just go through our easy self-service refund process.

We just ask you that you send the item back in its original package and that the product is in the same condition.

We also give you plenty of time to return your product. Forget about 1 week or 30 days, with Irada you can return your purchase up to 365 days from the purchase date!

Products must be in the same condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

We will refund you the cost of your product(s) but can't refund the cost of shipping.

The Simple Self-Service Refund Process

With Irada, the self-service refund process is easy! Just follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Tell Us!

  1. Sign in your account using the Sign In link located at the top right of our website.
  2. Once in My Account click on the link which reads Completed Orders.
  3. Locate the order number which contains the item(s) you wish to return and select Return Item.
  4. Fill out the Return Request form, making sure to mention:
    • Quantity to Return
    • Reason for Return
    • Whether you would like to received store credit or a refund
    • Optional: Any additional comments

Once you have informed us of your refund, it is time to pack the product in its original package.

Step 2: Pack It!

  1. Carefully roll up the Irada art and place it in its original package, making sure it is wrapped up in the same condition it was received.
  2. After inserting the Irada art in the package, ensure that the package is closed and sealed tight.

Step 3: Ship It!

Lastly, ship the packed Irada Art to either address:.

Exchanges

If for some reason you wish to exchange your product, you can exchange your order for FREE! We believe that in order to have the best online shopping experience. So, if for whatever reason you wish to exchange, just go through our easy self-service exchange process.

You can exchange your purchase at any time within 365 days of the purchase date.

Products must be in the same condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Customers can only exchange a product if the Irada art is unused in its original condition.

Once your item exchanged is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your new product will be immediately shipped, and you will be reimbursed the difference (or pay the difference) through your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account, but it usually shows up right away once your product has been approved.

How To Exchange

Exchanges are of two types:

  1. Exchange because of a defect
  2. Exchange because you want a different size, color, or product.

 

Exchange (because of a defect)

If you would like to exchange your product because the product you received has some sort of a defect, just go through these easy steps:

Step 1: Tell Us!

  1. Sign in your account using the Sign In link located at the top right of our website.
  2. Once in My Account click on the link which reads Completed Orders.
  3. Locate the order number which contains the item(s) you wish to return and select Return Item.
  4. Fill out the Return Request form, making sure to mention:
    • Quantity to Return
    • Reason for Return (Choose: Defect in Product)
    • Return Action (Choose: Replace (with the same size, color, and product))
    • Or any other comments
  5. Once we get the exchange request, we will send out another shipment.

Step 2: Throw it Away (Respectfully)

  1. With a pair of scissor, cut the Irada Art into many strands (similar to a shredder) so that the letters and/or design no longer remain. By cutting them until the letters and/or design no longer remain, the sacred words on the Irada Art are no longer considered sacred and may be thrown away.
  2. Throw it away!
  3. It is the responsibility of the customer to cut the Irada Art and dispose of it appropriately. When the customer requests a new order because of a defect in the first one, we trust that the customer will actually dispose of it and not use it. Here, we use the honor system.

 

Exchange (for a different Size, Color, or Product)

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or Irada Art, just go through these 4 easy steps:

Step 1: Tell Us!

  1. Sign in your account using the Sign In link located at the top right of our website.
  2. Once in My Account click on the link which reads Completed Orders.
  3. Locate the order number which contains the item(s) you wish to return and select Return Item.
  4. Fill out the Return Request form, making sure to mention:
    • Quantity to Return
    • Reason for Return
    • Return Action (Choose: Exchange (with a different size, color, or product))
    • In the comments field mention the size, color, and name of the new product.]

Step 2: Buy the New Product

  1. Once you have informed us about your exchange, purchase the new product. Don’t worry; we’ll refund the first order.
  2. Once you purchase the new product, we’ll send it out right away.

Once you have informed us of your refund and purchased your new product, it is time to pack the product in its original package.

Step 3: Pack It!
